A Flower Meadow for a Beloved St. Petersburg Bakery

Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg, Florida

Cafe Clementine

This floral project was particularly special to me (and my taste buds!) If you've savored the culinary delights at Cafe Clementine in the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Florida, you'll know their baked treats are as delicious as they are beautiful. Crafting each confection is an art form, so being tasked with creating a floral display for this event was a true privilege.

I had a wonderful time blending contrasting floral and edible elements from my garden and local farms. Pairing delicate, airy ammi with rugged, juicy mulberries. Mixing whimsical blanket flowers with sprawling tomatoes. Balancing sturdy kale leaves with the playful dill flower umbrellas. It was a floral fantasy good enough to eat.

Cafe Clementine shared that this was their highest grossing weekend of the entire year, demonstrating the power of flowers. If you’d like to learn more about investing in florals for an upcoming event in your retail space, get in touch below.
